I've been waiting for them to open and it's been worth the wait! The attendant on duty, Ebonie, is my new best friend! Spacious, clean, HUGE washing machines and plenty of them. They have hot water, several cycle choices, and several machine size choices. Credit cards accepted, there's a vending machine, music playing and an overall nice atmosphere. Great rewards also.

I cannot rave about this laundry mat more. It is exceptionally clean, the workers are always so kind and greet you and help you figure out their system. They have speed queens that are top notch at washing your items! Highly recommend!

Q: What are your hours of operation?
Our laundromats are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to fit laundry into your schedule. The last wash must be started by 8:30 PM, as machines stop running sharply at 10:00 PM.
Q: How do I pay for laundry services?
River City Laundromat App — tap and pay directly from your phone.
Laundry Card — reloadable and usable at all machines.
No more fumbling with quarters — it’s quick and convenient!
Where can I download the LaundryCat App?
Easy to use:
Download the app or visit our kiosk.
Register your card or account.
Add funds using cash, card, or EBT.
Tap to start a machine—your balance updates instantly.
Track cycles, receive alerts, and see your transaction history.
Your balance is secure—even if you lose the card (as long as it’s registered).
Q: Do you offer any special promotions or discounts?
Yes! Every Tuesday, all washers are $2 off the normal price.
Free-Dry Wednesdays – Pay for a wash and dryer use is completely free!
Reminder – Your $2 bonus is automatically added when you load $20 through the app or card.

Q: What if I lose my Laundry Card?
If your card is registered, you can visit any kiosk to print a new one and your balance will be transferred right over. Easy and worry-free. Plus, when you register your card, you become eligable for our frequent special offers!

Yes! Helpful staff are on-site during business hours. They’re happy to walk you through the app or card process, assist with machine use, and answer any questions.
